Has Your YouWiN! Connect Online Training Aggregate Score Reduced? Here’s what to Do!

Youwin Connect Online Training

For a number of participants in the ongoing (though temporarily suspended) YouWiN! Connect Online Training Program who have logged into their dashboards, their aggregate assessment scores have either reduced or increased.

This is really causing a lot of panic among these participants, leaving a lot of questions in their minds as regards the integrity of the YouWiN! Connect Online Training Programme.

In case you’re one of those affected, this is what you must understand.

First, a message (through email) was sent from YouWiN! Connect to all participants informing them that a maintenance programme was going on and that would make it impossible for them to access the training videos, activities as well as the module assessments.

It is therefore expected that participants should exercise patience until the maintenance programme is done. Already, YouWiN! Connect has promised to extend the training deadline by one week in order to make up for the time lost during the maintenance.

Therefore, if you have logged into your dashboard and noticed some discrepancies between what you now have as your aggregate scores and what you had before the commencement of the maintenance exercise, what you need to do is to exercise patience.

The maintenance programme is designed to improve the handling capacity of the Learning Management System so as to eliminate the 502 and 522 congestion and time out errors previously noticed when accessing the system.

During such a process, a few discrepancies may appear in saved data. These can be easily reconciled upon completion of the maintenance.

Therefore, it is important for all participants who have noticed discrepancies in their scores to exercise patience until the maintenance exercise is over.

Once the maintenance is done, and the discrepancies still exist without appropriate explanation from the YouWiN! Connect Programme Implementation Unit through email, then, you might want to notify the admin and support sections of the Programme Implementation Unit of YouWiN! Connect.

The email addresses to forward your case to is admin@youwinconnect.org.ng or support@youwinconnect.org.ng

YouWiN! Connect is determined to ensure that all participants in the ongoing online training programme enjoy a smooth and hassle-free entrepreneurship training experience.
