Today December 5, 2017 is the commencement date for the YouWiN Connect Online Training exercise and many of the shortlisted participants are yet to receive their login details to the YouWiN Connect Online Learning Management System which is the official learning portal for the second stage of the YouWiN Connect Programme.
If you are among those that are yet to receive your login details to the Online Learning Management System, here is what you are to do.
First, it is important to note that these accounts are being created and are sent out to participants as they are being created.
Therefore, if you’re yet to receive yours, it is very possible that your details are being generated.
Also, note that the details are sent either through SMS or email messages to the email address used during the registration stage of the programme.
Therefore, if you are yet to receive your login details, you might want to check your spam folder to ensure that it’s not there.
If you happen to find it there, don’t forget to click the NOT SPAM button to take it back to your primary inbox.
Once that is done, email messages from YouWiN Connect will henceforth drop into your email’s primary folder. That way, it would be visible once you log into your email account.
Again, given that your login details could also be sent as SMS, it means that if you have subscribed for the Do-Not-Disturb (DND) service or have been automatically subscribed by your mobile operator to prevent unsolicited text messages, you might not receive messages from the YouWiN Connect Portal.
To ensure delivery of SMS Notifications from YouWiN Connect, please follow the steps below:
For MTN Users, please text ALLOW to 2442
for Etisalat or 9Mobile subscribers, please text START to 2442
for GSM users on the Glo mobile network, please text ALLOW to 2442
For Airtel subscribers text OUT to 2442
If you’re not subscribed to the DND service and have checked your email’s primary inbox and are still yet to receive the login details, then, just exercise patience as your login credentials are being created.
Good luck as you participate in the YouWiN Connect Online Training programme.
